I am pleased to announce that negotiations between Universalis and Livlandia have proven successful and that a treaty has been signed.
Treaty of Recognition and Peaceful Relations
I. The two sovereign nations engaging in the principles of this treaty shall
officially declare, by the signing of this document, that they with to live in
peace and amity with one another.
II. The two sovereign nations shall recognize one another’s independence from
foreign or unlawful influence.
III. Both nations shall refrain from any agitation, incitement or propaganda against
one another.
IV. At no point may either nation infringe upon another’s soil.
V. Peacekeeping missions to each other’s nation shall be declared null and void by
the government of both nations. And as such no military force shall be allowed
to enter neither nation without express permission from the head of the
respective government.
VI. Neither nation, at any point during the validity of this treaty, shall mobilize for
or engage in war with one another.
VII. Neither nation is to engage in espionage against one another in accordance with
Section III.
VIII. Violations of this treaty may be reconciled with whatever resolution agreed to
by either nation.
