OCIAN-AMOKOLIAN-UNIVERSAL TREATY OF ANUN
On the Issue of Leng
May 31, 2009
Whereas, The Isle of Leng has been long established and developed by Ryan Caruso, founder of Universalis, and the Isle has come under Ocian control, and the Ocians have the right to the isle, but recognize that the Isle is intellectual and sentimental property of Ryan. Both parties do hearby recognize that:
1. There were several wrongdoings and both sides apologize.
2. All of Leng, except for the Northernmost Peninsula and the City of Svralus and surrounding area, is now under Universal Control
3. The Southern part of Leng may not be sold, traded, or annexed by another nation without Ocian, Amokolian, and Universal consent.
4. In the event that Universalis dies or becomes inactive for no less than two (2) months, Southern Leng will return to Ocian-Amokolian control. In the event Ocia and the Province of Amokolia die or become inactive for an equivalent period (2 months), Peninsular Leng will be handed over to Universalis.
5. Both Parties recognize that Amokolia is part of the Ocian Federation
6. Universalis agrees to name a city Joize'Kefh.
7. There will be a large party in Anun after the signing of this treaty.
