The Tiberion Spaceport is a multi-launch facility that covers the entire island and is located equatorially on Micras, in order to maximize gravitational lift. One thing that makes Tiberion unique is that is has a traditional rocket platform that can support two standard launch shuttles, and it also has a space elevator, which can carry smaller spacecraft to the edge of the Micras' atmosphere beyond the pull of gravity, where they can launch in space without the assistance of rockets. This allows the facility to utilize the elevator for smaller spacecraft, such as probes, satellites, and so forth. Larger craft have to be launched via traditional methods, except in cases where nuclear engines are concerned and vertical lift and/or normal take-off (like a plane) is possible.
These aspects make Tiberion one of the most versatile and energy efficient spaceports on Micras.

How does this look? I'll add more stuff on if you like the general design...

Looks good!
Would it detract from things if we added labels to identify what structures are what?

I'm sure I can do that...
Let me know what you want where.

Well, you drew it, so you know what things are. I can only guess.
I'm guessing the top left is the airfield/landing strip, then clockwise the research facility, space elevator (small circular area), port supply & logistics, barracks, and mission control (pentagonish building).
