UCC is something I have long envisioned as a mecca of learning and education for micronationalism. Many colleges and universities have been tried and failed over the years, but very few have been run for free or for the entire micronational community. As a community college the objective of UCC is to provide simple-format courses with packaged lectures, something akin to taking an online course. Of actual assignments there will be none, and the entire basis of courses here will be lecture and student-professor interaction (i.e. ask questions).
Anyone who wishes to conduct a course here is welcome to. I'll be producing a few course packages of my own over the next month or so. Prospective students should indicate their interest, and if there is a topic of particular interest, make it known and we can create a fun course around it.

While I am interested in reading free books, it depends exactly on what free book you are talking about. I am somewhat interested in learning about how to persuading real nations to accept the claims of a micronation, considering that I have done enough research already in how to make a micronation.
However, I highly doubt you'd offer that course package. What other packages you got?

Holding a discussion/debate on potential ways to convince a macronation to recognize a micronation would be fine for a "debate course" at UCC. So I have no objections to that. Although Universalis is strictly emulation/simulation, it doesn't mean the topics here are limited only to that area.
Topics I intend to cover are environmental awareness, conservation of natural resources, crafts of micronationalism, and possibly a few others on proper composition of government documentation, critical writing, and flag design.

Sounds interesting, especially the critical writing class. What I like to know is...what do you mean "crafts of micronationalism"?
Anyway, can't wait for you to post your courses and packaged lectures.

Crafts of Micronationalism is a detailed lecture on developing and making what basically amounts to arts and crafts for your micronation. This being like the traditional things such as making stamps or coins, or going further and making a flag (not so much design, but how to obtain materials, etc), crafting medals, uniforms, and so forth. For people who'd like to have a "tangible" memento or souvenir of their micronation, this would be a helpful guide.

Not yet, and probably not until I'm done with my own real-world course work and exams.
