In light of the closure of the GSO and MicroHub, and given that we have been arbitrarily cut-off from our prime colony of Monolithos, it is the desire of this government to re-establish a new interstellar colony to replace the old.
Rather than aim for another planet, the aim will be Tarsica, Micras' moon.
To begin this operation we will need to gather materials and begin prepping Tiberion for the modules and shuttles required to transport them to Tarsica.
The Tiberion Facility already has a space elevator and launch pads in place. To date we have launched no satellites. Therefore a good prepatory step may be to launch some weather and information satellites into space first and then take it from there.

I don't think so. There is already another moonbase and numerous satellites in orbit, so it's not something new.

What would you like it to say - any certain symbols, etc you would prefer? And do you want to stick with my general idea of having a black background to suit the forum?

Sorry for the AWOL guys, I'm all for going to the moon; but all I can contribute is a few dwarves, trolls and a copy of "The valiant" from Dr Who. But let's go for it! I'll restart work on that lauch pad thing if you like.

Not a problem, Fides. I was in a bit of a funk myself for a while there. Glad to have you back though! That graphic work was great, so that'd be really helpful if we could show stages of progress in our moon mission. |
