Apology for the Leng tests.

I must sincerely apologise for the Leng tests that my company, Port Side Industries, was planning. I was under the impression that nobody really cared about Leng and that turning in into a pile of mush wouldn't really be that big a deal, but I was prooven wrong. I've also apologised to the Alexandrians, and will issue an offical apology on the MCS about this.

Well...emotions would demand that we tell you to bugger off. Good thing we're more about logic and science - so I reckon we can let it slide. I'll let our illustrious Chairman do the official bit of accepting, though. I just work here.
