As continuing Governor of Leng given my victory over steka in elections, I will now begin my remaking of Leng following the original cultural attributes for which it was designed - this being Lovecraftian/Cthulhian mythology.
As such a number of smaller decrees shall make up this larger decree, titled thus the Lengicon, or Book of Leng.
1. The official religion of Leng shall be Azathothian, whereas a Temple of the Outer Gods will be constructed.
2. The official deity of Leng shall be Nyarlathotep, servant and messenger of Azathoth, and divine avatar of Leng.
3. The official language of Leng shall be Lengish, an variant of Tcho Tcho (soon to be described in more detail).
4. The cities of Svralus and Svordson shall be immediately evacuated and the plateau abandoned to the Great Old Ones. Residents of these cities shall be moved to Danish and New Marisco.
5. The city of Danish is hereby renamed to Zi'yeh Kla.
6. The city of New Marisco is hereby renamed to Mholog.
