Declaration of Independence from Amokolia

DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE

GIVEN that the central Amokolian government has ceased to function.

GIVEN that all apparatus of state has fallen apart and/or gone inactive.

GIVEN that the state of Leng remains active and functioning.

GIVEN that Leng remains languishing under Amokolian rule.

THEREFORE Leng hereby declares independence from Amokolia.

THEREFORE Leng dissolves any political, military or social ties to Amokolia.

THEREFORE Leng shall raise an army to defend itself and its independence.

BE IT DECREED, this day, March 10th, 2009.

Indeed. This is pretty old and was when I had tried to help Jess rebuild Amokolia. The result was my wresting away Leng from him and his joining Ocia (two peas in a pod there...).
