What's our position on the Ocian situation?
I feel it may be necessary to pick a side and begin developing our military.

Erm, having been on vacation I'm not entirely aware of what's going on with Ocia. I've pretty much avoided Kovacistan as much as possible...

Thinking on it further, we do share a border with them on Leng. So it may be good to expand our armed forces.
