Treaty of Raynor

I am pleased to announce that follow-up negotiations regarding land transfers have been quite successful with Interland and that a treaty has been signed affirming the trade.

The Treaty of Raynor
Between the
Technocracy of Universalis
and the
Republic of Interland

1. Having mutually agreed to an equitable transfer of land, Interland and Universalis hereby agree to trade the territories stated within this treaty.
2. The Universal colony of New Montauk will be transferred in its entirety to the Republic of Interland.
3. The Interland colony of Koloniatsk will be transferred in its entirety to the Technocracy of Universalis.
4. Universalis will withdraw any military forces from New Montauk. Interland will withdraw any military forces from Koloniatsk.
5. Both parties agree to respect the territorial integrity of this agreement and the new boundaries designated herein.
6. By virtue of this agreement, Interland and Universalis agree to a treaty of permanent peace and friendship.
