Approved. Welcome to Universalis, Dr. Q.
The Gandhi Memorial Humanitarian Complex is dedicated to the study of micronational humanities, in every context you can think of. My only paper published therein has been on a term I coined as "rechumanities"; basically a spin on "recwarring" in which to focus is instead on civilian populations of the countries we represent. You might find this an interesting read.
Otherwise, feel free to contribute wherever you wish, and if you are interested in a full position, please don't hesitate to ask.

Thank you, Chairman Ryan. I will get myself over there immediately and start to work. While we are at it, I would like to know which area might need me most as Governor since I would like to work on developing said area to its fullest potential. I would also like to hop right in and join our government in some capacity - so long as I remain here at home. I am a bit of an agoraphobe.

Tiberion is simply a spaceport filled with government employees. So I don't think you'll get much enjoyment out of that. Leng is an obscure and strange place (based on the works of HP Lovecraft) that I doubt you'll much like.
However, the Celestial Isles are a recent acquisition which may interest you. They have a very small population though, and are limited by being in the Antarctic. I had intended to designate a couple of the islands as wildlife sanctuaries.
Of more interest is that we have recently finalized a deal with Natopia to get most of our historic land back. This mainland territory will need to be reorganized and incorporated. Considering it's a relatively blank slate, you may find this to be the most amenable option.
As far as government is concerned, you're welcome to join the Science Governing Board, our legislature, as a doctoral representative of any field you specialize in. For instance, my own seat is justified by my being a Universal Doctor of Biology. That is my area of expertise. By the original procedures, the SGB is comprised of four experts, one for each field of Chemistry, Biology, Physics, and Mathematics. So if you have a particular skill in one of the three remaining fields, that would be excellent. If not, we can work on modifying the system to be more flexible (which may be good anyways).

Chairman Ryan,
It is my opinion that we should expand the SGB to include those specializations which are scientific, but also prop up against the humanities; such as the ones I am an expert in (Anthropology and Archaeology [which is actually a type of anthropology itself] ). With all the land we have re-acquired, and the people/culture/history that go with that...we should allow this to be fairly represented as an equally important field of science. I suggest we call the 5th one "Anthropology", which I would be happy to then represent on the SGB.
I would be thrilled to assist in the reclamation and re-assimilation of the historical lands. Once we can figure out territorial boundaries, etc - I can get to work on researching culture and history.

Adding Anthropology to SGB seating lineup is a good idea. Consider it done.
Unfortunately we have to wait for the MCS to approve the land transfer. We're still waiting for them to approve the first one, which was over a week ago!
