Dear Universalis It is my absolute privelage on behalf of Her Majesty Queen Victoria II to send you this postcard from Riego Victoria. A new Micronation in this hobby of ours that has been in the pipeline since April this year. We have spent a lot of time working on it and we would like to let you all know that as of November 29th we became a Virtual Micronation. I hope we have a long a happy relationship as our paths cross in the near future and would be very interested in setting up a process in which we can build an alliance with each other. We have set up what we hope will soon become our embassy website in Aristarchus hereOn behalf of the nation and Her Majesty, we give you Victoria. It is my hope that this postcard finds you well, Regards, Bjorn

Greetings Mr. Olsen,
As Chairman of Universalis, I thank you for the postcard and well wishes from Victoria. Your website and the materials it contains therein are quite impressive. I applaud the level of work and effort you have put into developing your country.
Please send my best regards to Her Majesty the Queen.
We would indeed be interested in establishing diplomatic relations with Victoria. I suggest that we start with establishing a treaty of peace and mutual recognition to begin with, as a precursor to future strengthened relations. If this is amenable, I will draft up a treaty for you to review (unless you have a preference to draft a proposal yourself).
All the best, Ryan

How does this look? Please feel free to make any modifications/additions if you find they are necessary.

Please forgive me for my late response. As you can imagine My Department has been very busy at this time. On the 4th of December I presented to the Cabinet my draft bill which is now being debated on and awaiting a response from the Department of Legal Affairs before being put to the people in a referendum. I am also in the process of preparing our Foreign Policy which may also be of some useful information to your nation when we discuss a treaty.
I would ask that we hold off a couple of days until I have more information to give to you before negotiating a treaty if this is okay?
